Silver Lining Farm, located in Mobile, Alabama, offers riding lessons in classical English style for children and adults. Our goal is to teach students how to ride, handle and groom horses safely and to the best of their ability. Our instructors are experienced riders and teachers. Our school horses are carefully chosen for their quiet temperaments, good manners, and their ability to help students learn the fundamentals of riding from the beginner to more advanced levels. There are rolling fields and tall trees offering a beautiful setting for the equestrian facility.

Lessons
We offer daytime group and private lessons 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday. Students are grouped by
ability after an initial evaluation lesson. Our riders who wish to attend horse shows have the opportunity
to ride in both small, local shows and out of state shows.
There is a small tack room for rider who would like to leave personal belongings, such as boots or a helmet, at the barn between lesssons. This is especially helpful for those who ride right after school or who carpool.
Facilities include grass pastures and a 12-stall full service barn; several large outdoor arenas and an area for students to practice jumps.

Birthday Parties
Celebrate your child's birthday at Silver Lining Farm! Up to fifteen children are included in the price of
the party which lasts for approximately two hours. During this time, the
guests are able to ride for approximately one hour and fifteen minutes. Usually, there is one horse to every
2 to 3 children. After riding, we take the children on a hayride through the property.

Summer Camp
Silver Lining Farm has top quality summer camp facilities and offers both day and overnight camps.
Overnight campers sleep above the barn and the horses. The accomodations are five star including kitchen
facilities, large recreational room, balcony over looking the green pastures, fully furnished bathrooms,
and two separate bunk rooms that each sleep 10 guests.
If you are not currently enrolled in riding lessons at Silver Lining Farm, you are required to attend an orientation lesson so that you will be properly grouped based on your skill level. The cost of the orientation lesson is $35.00.
